Privacy Policy

Protecting personal data is important to us. We process data exclusively within the scope of the applicable law (GDPR, the Austrian Data Protection Act and TKG 2021). This policy informs you about the type, scope and purpose of data processing on this website.

This website is hosted on the infrastructure of Cloudflare; the technical setup and operation is provided by Wagner IT-Solutions e.U. (operating the platform "instantpage.at"), Adelheid-Popp-Gasse 14/1/36, 1220 Vienna, Austria. When the website is accessed, technical data is automatically recorded in server log files:

This data is processed solely to deliver the website, to protect it against automated abuse/bots and to ensure secure, stable operation. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure and functional website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The logs of the delivering server are retained by Cloudflare for no longer than 7 days. We do not operate any access logging of our own beyond that. Cloudflare processes this access data under the data processing agreement concluded between the technical operator and Cloudflare, in order to provide the hosting service and only for as long as this requires, at the latest until the end of that agreement, unless a legal obligation requires longer retention; Cloudflare does not specify a fixed number of days for this. The data is not combined with other data sources or attributed to individual persons.

Cloudflare may also process data in the USA. The basis for such a transfer is the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (adequacy decision of the European Commission of 10 July 2023, Decision (EU) 2023/1795); Cloudflare is listed in the register of the U.S. Department of Commerce (register status 18 September 2026).

3. Embedded third-party content

Spotify (loads only on click)

A Spotify player is embedded in the music section, but it does not load automatically. A preview placeholder is shown first; a connection to Spotify is established only after you actively click "Load Spotify player". Only from that point is data — including your IP address — transmitted to Spotify (Spotify AB, Sweden), and Spotify may set cookies and process further data. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give by clicking; you can withhold it simply by not loading the player. For details, see the Spotify Privacy Policy.

External links (social media)

The links to Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and SoundCloud are plain text links/icons. Data is only transmitted to these services once you actively click the link and open the respective platform. Their privacy policies then apply.

4. Contact

If you contact us by email (e.g. for a booking enquiry), your message reaches us directly by email. We use your details solely to handle your enquiry; the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6(1)(f) (legitimate interest in responding), and we keep them only for as long as this requires; if a business transaction results, the statutory retention periods apply. Emails are received in our mailbox at IONOS (IONOS SE, Germany). This email correspondence takes place outside this website and its hosting.

5. Cookies & tracking

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, tracking or advertising services. No usage profiles are created and you are not tracked across websites. The only external connection is the Spotify player described above, and only after you actively load it.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the following rights: access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21). You can withdraw consent given at any time.

7. Status & changes

Status of this privacy policy: 1 October 2026. We reserve the right to adapt this policy to reflect changes in the law or the functionality of the website.
